Accessible Farmhouse
Nestled on a quiet street in a quaint North Shore town, the “nearly new” home was designed with accessibility as it’s main goal. The existing house foundation was kept and added on to modestly to accommodate a modern floor plan. A unique front porch creatively hides a wheelchair ramp that is used daily but also provides a shady spot to hang out and talk to neighbors. The front to back kitchen/dining/living area is bright and inviting. The kitchen is tailored to the specific needs of the family while also being perfect for entertaining.
